While a remote camp may evoke the classic ambience of old, it doesn’t mean you sacrifice modern day comforts. Inside our custom-made tents you’ll find bush elegance at its’ best with luxurious beds and an array of soft furnishings completing the setting. All tents have a private verandah and en-suite bathrooms, with flushing toilets and piping hot safari showers, prepared for you by your own tent steward.
Our safari camp crew go ahead to ensure all is set up for your arrival, then provide unobtrusive service throughout your stay. Each camp is tailored to your needs, including tent configuration set up for you group, menus, beverages and safari activities planned with you in advance and managed by your Private Guide during your safari.
Whereas a mobile camp can be set up as a single destination during a your safari, it’s more traditionally used as your main safari accommodation for 3-4 nights in two or more different locations, with stays in our seasonal camps or other luxury safari camps or lodges in between. A mobile camp is set up to accommodate the exact number of guests in your party, but many of our favourite campsites are best suited for groups of 6-16, which is also a good group size for taking over other safari accommodations exclusively in between our camps.
